Description

This Blueberry Coconut Lemonade blends juicy blueberries with creamy coconut milk and fresh lemon juice for a smooth, tropical drink. You get a rich, mellow flavor with a beautiful deep purple color in every refreshing glass.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup honey or simple syrup

2 cups cold water

1 cup ice

Blueberries and toasted coconut flakes for garnish


Instructions

1. Blend blueberries until completely smooth

2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher

3. Add coconut milk, lemon juice, honey, and cold water and stir well

4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed

5. Add ice, garnish with blueberries and toasted coconut flakes, and serve cold

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier, richer texture

Shake or stir well before serving as coconut milk may separate
