Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup elderberry syrup
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup honey or simple syrup
2 cups cold water
1 cup ice
Blueberries and lemon rounds for garnish
Instructions
1. Blend blueberries until completely smooth
2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher
3. Add elderberry syrup, lemon juice, honey, and cold water and stir well
4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed
5. Add ice, garnish with blueberries and lemon rounds, and serve cold
