This Blueberry Watermelon Lemonade blends juicy blueberries with sweet, cooling watermelon and fresh lemon juice for a light, refreshing summer drink. You get a naturally sweet, beautiful pink-purple color in every glass that tastes as stunning as it looks.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

2 cups seedless watermelon chunks

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup honey or simple syrup

2 cups cold water

1 cup ice

Blueberries and watermelon wedges for garnish

Instructions

1. Blend blueberries and watermelon until completely smooth

2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher

3. Add lemon juice, honey, and cold water and stir well

4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed

5. Add ice, garnish with blueberries and watermelon wedges, and serve cold

Notes

Freeze the watermelon chunks ahead for a colder, slushier drink

Ripe watermelon is naturally sweet so adjust honey accordingly
